Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free return process.
Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items, such as final sale items or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and email address. Follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return and the reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
